Ken Groves
With a detailed understanding of his clients, both individuals and business, Ken instills confidence in his clients and displays sensitivity to important issues. Ken’s considerable experience has included negotiation of complex commercial finance packages for businesses that has provided cost benefit and streamlined business banking solutions. Ken holds a Diploma in Financial Services and is a full member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) and is a Commissioner for Declarations (Qld).
His interests include the outdoors including fishing and is an avid AFL supporter. Ken has volunteered his time as Secretary of the Springwood AFL Football Club for the past 9 years with Financial Integration being a club sponsor for the past 13 years.

Michelle’s industry experience has led to strong outcomes in system deliveries ensuring end client satisfaction.
Michelle holds a Diploma in Financial Services and a Bachelor of Applied Science and is a
full member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA)
Her interests include the outdoors including fishing and is an avid AFL and Basketball supporter. Michelle is also spending time as a volunteer at the Springwood Australian Football Club
